Business Development Executive

• Developing an effective understanding of organization products and services

• Developing relationships through analyzing prospects and converting them into clients

• Researching and analyzing industries in order to identify business

• Foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurturing already existing client account management and relationships

• Consulting and reporting to the Sales Director

• Communicating with project manager and business analyst to examine job details, project goals to meet client expectations

• Working knowledge of our customer relationship management and project management software’s

• Becoming familiar with pricing models

• Recommending and nurturing staffing strategies based on hiring manager's need for talent and operations goals

• Attending and participating in weekly department meetings

• Scheduling training sessions for telesales and business development executives

• Identifying and resolving existing and new client concerns and problems

• Handling existing client accounts, initiating new businesses with the same and monitoring the resource allocation for different projects 

• Scheduling client meetings and presentations
